Where do I park?

Unfortunately, we do no have client parking. There is free 90 minute parking available on cross street, Dickman, ideal for haircut appointments. Park mobile app/credit card meters all along Foam Street for those longer color appointments.

What if I’m not sure which service I want to book?

Please take the time to contact your stylist and have a consult in person or via email or text. If you don’t have a stylist please email the salon.

If you book the wrong service, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may not be able to. Consult is easy and key to a successful appointment.

Can I bring my kids?

While we love children, Citizen Hair is not a good environment for kids. We have a strict, no exceptions, no kids under 10 policy. Please do not bring you children with you and do not book them their own appointment unless they are 10+ years of age. We appreciate your understanding.

What if I’m late?

If you are late, please contact your stylist and please note if you are more than 10-15 minutes late. Your stylist may not be able to perform all or any of your services depending on appointment and timing. In addition, if you are more than 15 minutes late it may be considered a no show and may incur a fee.

What if I change my mind about my booked appointment?

We understand. If you change your mind, please let your stylist know as soon as possible so we can attempt to fill the time. If you choose to reduce your appointment without notice you may be responsible for that time monetarily. Please see our cancellation policy below.

What if I’m not happy with my hair?

We want you to love your hair. Contact your stylist immediately. We would like to hear from you within 3 days of having your service done, at which point you and your stylist will decide on a plan of action.

Our Cancellation Policy

We request 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you cannot give 48 hours notice, it will be at your stylist’s discretion whether you are charged a percentage of your appointment total upon rebooking.

We do offer a courtesy confirmation and reminder via text or email upon booking, as well as 24 hours prior to your appointment. These reminders are easy, just click the date and add to your calendar.

If you are a repeat offender it will be up to your stylist to decide if the compatibility is there for future services.
